What you’re ordering

A personalised wedding invitation film made from one of the original designs on this website. You choose the wording, in English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil or Telugu (each design’s page lists the languages it takes); which scenes to keep and in what order; the music: the design’s own soundtrack or a song you send us; and, for a design with photo frames, whether they show photos you send us or the design’s own art. The rest of the artwork, photographs, colours and fonts stay as designed. Each sample shows its design with example wording; your film carries yours.

We deliver your film as an MP4 video in the design’s own shape: portrait or landscape, as shown on its page.

How ordering works

1. Choose a design on this website and tap Order on WhatsApp.
2. Send us your details in the chat: names, events, dates, times, venues, the wording for each scene, your choice of music and, for a design with photo frames, any photos you’d like in them. We confirm the price with you.
3. We send you a free preview of your film with your wording, marked with our watermark, usually within an hour: the same day if your details reach us by 8 pm IST, otherwise by 12 noon the next day.
4. Tell us any changes you’d like; changes to your preview are free. When you’re happy with it, you approve it and pay by UPI. Your order is confirmed when we acknowledge your payment in the chat.
5. We send you the finished film, without the watermark, on WhatsApp, usually within an hour, and at the latest within 2 days of your payment.

Prices and payment

We tell you the price in Indian rupees in the chat before we make your preview, and that is the price you pay: there are no delivery or other charges on top. You pay the full amount by UPI only after you’ve approved your preview. Only pay to the UPI ID we send you from +91 78429 47640. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP or card details. If a payment fails or you’re charged twice, tell us and we’ll put it right; you can also raise it in your UPI app or with your bank, which handle UPI disputes. Extras, such as another video in the same design or more rounds of changes, are only ever made if you ask for them, at the price we tell you in the chat first.

Delivery

We send your preview and your finished film on WhatsApp as video files, each usually within an hour. Your preview comes the same day if your details reach us by 8 pm IST, otherwise by 12 noon the next day; your finished film comes at the latest within 2 days of your payment. Our hours are 9 am to midnight IST, every day. If we ever expect to need longer, for example in the peak wedding season, we tell you before we start. Please keep a copy of your film: we delete ours 30 days after delivery.

Checking your film and changes

Please check every name, date, time and venue in your preview. Changes to your preview are free, and you pay only once you’ve approved it. After delivery, within 7 days, you can ask for up to 2 more rounds of changes to your wording, scenes, music or photos, free of charge. We fix any mistake we made, such as wording that differs from what you sent, at no cost. Choosing a different design after you’ve paid is a new order.

Your wording, music and photos

You’re responsible for the details you send us. Please make sure that:

• names, dates and venues are correct;
• you have permission to name the people mentioned, and for children, their parent’s or guardian’s permission;
• you have the right to use any music you send us;
• you have the right to use any photo you send us, and the people in it, or for children their parent or guardian, are happy for it to appear in your film.

We may refuse wording or photos that are unlawful, hateful or infringe someone else’s rights.

Using your film

Your film is for your celebration: share it with your guests on WhatsApp, social media or anywhere you like. It is not for resale. The designs, artwork and sample films remain ours or our licensors’. When we send your film, we include its music credit. Where the music licence requires it, please keep that credit with the film when you share it publicly.

Cancellation and refunds

You see your film as a free preview before you pay, so you pay only for a film you’ve already approved. If you decide not to go ahead before paying, just tell us: you owe nothing. Once you’ve paid, you can’t cancel for a change of mind: your film is made for you alone, and it’s yours to keep. We fix any mistake of ours and make your free changes, and we refund you in full if we can’t send your finished film within 2 days of your payment, or can’t put right a fault in it. If something goes wrong

We take care to make your film exactly as agreed, and we fix any mistake of ours free of charge. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first (see Contact); we’ll try to put things right quickly. Otherwise, the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you paid applies to your order; the date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect.
