How soon will I get my video?
Your free watermarked preview comes the same day if your details reach us by 8 pm IST, otherwise by 12 noon the next day, usually within an hour (we reply 9 am to midnight IST, every day). Once you approve it and pay, your final video comes usually within an hour, and at the latest within 2 days of your payment.
Do I pay before I see it?
No. You first see a free watermarked preview with your own names, and pay by UPI only after you approve it. Changes to the preview are free, and after delivery you get 2 free rounds of changes within 7 days of delivery.
How much does it cost?
₹799 for The Marigold Passage. We confirm the price on WhatsApp before you pay.
Which languages can the wording be in?
The Marigold Passage takes wording in English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil or Telugu, each in its own script. Send yours in any of them, scene by scene. Some scenes have room for only a short line, so with long words, as in Tamil or Telugu, we may suggest a shorter line before your preview.
Can I add or remove functions?
Yes. Remove or reorder any scene, and add a function by repeating a function scene, such as Haldi, with its own date, time and venue.
Can we add our photos?
Not in The Marigold Passage: its artwork stays as designed. Designs that take photos say "With your photos".
